Q. What's the catch?

A. There isn’t one. The winner gains this freehold property with no mortgage to pay and no stamp duty to pay. If not all tickets are not sold by closing date a winner will be selected from tickets sold and a cash prize of 75% of the proceeds will be awarded.

Q. What do I have to do?

A. For now you are only registering your interest, click on the register and enter your details.

Q. When will the competition start?

A. Once the registration has been completed, approximately end of November 2008.

Q. How would I know when the competition starts?

A. You will be notified by email.

Q. What are my chances of winning?

A. 25,000 to one. Tickets are limited to 25,000.

Q. What if I enter more than once?

A. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be entered by any one individual. The more tickets you buy the better your chances are of winning.

Q. What is the cost to enter the competition?

A. Each entry will cost £10.00.

Q. What does the winner have to pay for?

A. Just the competition entry including any other expenses that may incur in collecting the prize from UK. Stamp duty, conveyancing costs and all bills relating to the house will be paid before transfer of the prize.

Q.If I win it, can I rent this?

A. Once the property is transferred to you it is up to you what you do with the property.

Q. Who currently has the property's deeds?

A. The bank is holding all the deeds and the solicitor appointed by promoter will carry out the transfer of the property to the winner.
